The steps for contracting services and/or buying products from U2 lab™ are:

Step-1. Information
U2 lab™ is contacted by either an existing client or a new potential customer (herein after 'client').
The client provides the following information:
- Type of client (company, private customer, public administration, association, etc.); *
- Basic contact information (full name / commercial name, email, phone, etc.); *
- Specific need/s ('what' the client needs from U2 lab™);
* Only required for new clients (existing clients just need to provide their U2 lab™ 'client ID');
U2 lab™, based on the information provided, will send the client the 'U2 lab™ Proposal' (herein after 'proposal') including detailed information:
- Solution/s to the client's need/s;
- List of service/s and/or product/s included in the solution;
- Price (detailed price per service/s and/or product/s, tax/es, discount, and total);
- Summary of contractual information;
Step-2. Contract
If the client accepts the 'proposal', U2 lab™ will send the client the 'U2 lab™ Service/s and/or Product/s Contract' (herein after 'contract'), including detailed information:
- Information on both parties (U2 lab™ and the client);
- Purpose of the contract (service/s and/or product/s to be delivered, etc.);
- Rights and responsibilities of both parties;
- Dates of interest;
- Amount/s to be paid by the client (one amount or instalments);
- Etc.;
Upon signature of the contract and payment (in full or first instalment, when applicable) by the client, U2 lab™ will provide the client with a counter-signed original of the contract plus the corresponding invoice, and will start the implementation of the 'solution/s' as detailed in the contract.
Step-3. Delivery (Service/Product)
U2 lab™ will keep the client informed with updates on the progress of the implementation of the contracted solution.
U2 lab™ and the client will stay in contact throughout the implementation phase, particularly in case that additional client's information is needed, client's authorization for a particular activity/task by U2 lab™ as part of the contracted solution is requested, the client has technical and/or non-technical enquiries, etc.
Once the contracted solution is implemented, U2 lab™ will deliver it to the client as detailed in the contract. This may include:
- On-site and/or remote setup of hardware and/or software;
- On-site and/or remote setup of devices (server/s, PC/s, laptop/s, tablet/s, smartphone/s, etc.), online platform/s, website/s, social network/s, mobile app/s, etc.;
- U2 lab™ User's Guide: including detailed instructions on how to use, operate, maintain, update, etc., the contracted solution;
- U2 lab™ Report: including detailed information on the delivery of the solution (contracted service/s and/or product/s), dates of interest, training course provided to the client, client's conformity, support information, etc.;
Step-4. Support
U2 lab™ will provide the client with both technical and non-technical support in relation to the contracted solution as detailed in the contract.
Regarding support, the contract contains detailed information, including:
- Contact method/s available to the client for requesting support;
- Response time;
- Duration of the support service and renovations;
- Etc.;
Technical support includes:
- Instructions on how to use, operate, maintain, update, etc., the contracted solution;
- Instructions on how to integrate the contracted solution as part of an external system/service (e.g. server, service provider, etc.);
- Instructions on how to migrate the contracted solution to an external system/service (e.g. server, service provider, etc.);
- Etc;
Non-technical support includes:
- General information;
- Updating client's contact information;
- Contracts;
- Invoices;
- Etc.;
